So I'm a bit biased on this one as it was a friend of mines wedding. But this is the most fun i've had at any wedding this year!!!!
Emily and Andy got married at Dorset County Museum and then had their reception at a village hall a few miles out of Dorchester.
Emily and I go way back and it was so nice to capture her big day for her and also be a guest at a wedding that I'm shooting. I'm always working at weddings and don't feel that I can get down and party as I have to keep my professional game face on. Well I can tell you now, that I got DOWN. I was throwing some shapes on the dance floor to Super Sharp Shooter like it was the late 1990's (no wedding is complete unless this song is played......big shout out to my Uni crew). There may also be a few photo's of me on the internet that I will probably regret as well now.
Anyway, back to the wedding. I loved the fact that Emily and Andy served afternoon tea, complete with egg and cress sandwiches, scones, cream, jam the works, as well as chocolate eclairs and everything else for their main sit down meal, as they were serving a curry buffet later on (what better thing to serve your wedding guests when they have been drinking all day).
So right at this moment, Emily and Andy are in New York on their honeymoon and i'm very envious as I love that place.....I also love Emily and Andy and their wedding too.
