Heather & Tim got married in Manchester at the end of last year and had a very cool movie buff themed wedding, with one of the best cakes that we've ever seen at a wedding! The whole wedding also had quite an architectural feel as the two venues were so modern and photographic in themselves that we thought that we'd do some shots to show the buildings off.
The church was The Avenue Methodist Church in Sale Manchester and is a beautiful 1960 building with a super high ceiling. The reception was at the amazing Lowry Centre in Salford Quays, Manchester and happened to be having an exhibition of one of our favourite portrait photographers there, so we just had to include some of his work in our images.
Heather and Tim love films, so each table was named after one of their favorite films, looking around their house, we spotted quite a few DVD's and managed to use the Guys and Doll's cover for the ring shot. We also did a special movie themed photo booth for them with each guest wearing 3D glasses and being told to act out watching a Horror, Suspense, Romance or Comedy film. They also went on honeymoon to Hawaii, which had nothing to do with the fact that Lost was filmed there......honest.
Oh and we almost forgot about the choreographed dance that all the girls did at the end of the night which was very cool!
